Role Overview We are building a powerful, multi-tenant, real-time marketing automation platform. As our Product Manager, you’ll own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to shape the core product. You will manage the product backlog, define and prioritize roadmap items, and ensure delivery of high-impact features that solve real marketeer problems. Responsibilities Own and articulate the product vision key modules like real-time segmentation, user journeys and customer data platform. Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with customer values and goals. Manage the product backlog. Write, prioritize, and groom user stories and epics with the engineering team. Work closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery. Develop training materials and provide customer training on the final product. Monitor product performance and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement and future feature iterations. Requirements 3 years' experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Martech, CDP or CRM. Demonstrated experience in shipping complex, data-driven products with real-time components. Experience managing a product backlog and working in agile environments. Strong understanding of user journeys, segmentation logic, event-driven systems, or campaign workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to synthesize technical and customer inputs into a clear product direction. Analytical mindset with comfort around product metrics, data models and dashboards. A professional level of English is required. Desired Experience working closely with early customers in a 0 -> 1 environment. Background in marketing ops or customer engagement products. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Wiki.
