**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
Como Customer General Coordinator Responsible - Responsable de Coordinación global con Clientes, tu objetivo será Liderar y coordinar la comunicación con todos los Clientes receptores del servicio de mantenimiento de Nível 1 de aplicaciones Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos del servicio de mantenimiento: - Responsable de entender las necesidades y expectativas de los Clientes.
Oversees the service level provided to customers and fulfillment of standardized KPIs, such as the enforcement of Service-Level Agreements. Analyses the status of IT incidents and ensures they are solved or escalated in a proper way. Manages projects' handover and when necessary, identifies workaround to ensure that customers can continue with their operations.
