A Day in the Life
The Tender Analyst is an experienced Pricing & Tendering Professional who will support the organization in Pricing and Tender Processes.
They will guarantee proper Tender flow, ensuring process efficiency, compliance with Public Procurement law, customer requirements, company processes, guidelines, and business needs.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Perform all activities related to the entire Tender process
* Review, communicate, and coordinate Tender announcements with different teams and systems
* Coordinate with various business units for correct and timely tender submissions
* Develop documentation and monitor the entire Tender submission process
* Manage and prepare all Legal Tender documentation according to Public Procurement Law and Customer Requirements
* Work with systems (Vendavo, Cube, etc.) and databases in an integrated manner
* Collaborate with Pricing Strategy and Business teams to ensure Tender design aligns with pricing strategy, maintains transparency, and is consistent regionally and among customers
* Manage and monitor the Tender cycle, including pre- and post-Tender activities
* Adapt current tender processes when European Directive 2014/24EU is transposed into national law
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Degree in Law and/or Business Administration
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); knowledge of Access is essential
* Preference for candidates with pricing knowledge
* 3-5 years’ experience working in Tender processes, preferably in the Spanish Medical Sector, with knowledge of Public Procurement law, Tender & Customer requirements
* Experience working with cross-departmental and cross-functional teams
* Experience managing pricing and tender tools and electronic tenders is preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines
* Attention to detail to avoid mistakes in the Tender process
