This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager at Gimaguas. The Retail Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing the store and pop-up teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and overseeing customer service.
The role includes coordination and management of stock, materials, and set design shipments from Barcelona, as well as managing stock at the local warehouse and customs procedures for each shipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembly : Lead stock assembly in the stockroom and support store setup.
* Team Leadership : Oversee daily operations, work shifts, and support store staff.
* Daily Operations : Manage store activities such as cash register balancing, visual merchandising, displays, general organization, and stockroom maintenance.
* Stock Management : Coordinate and manage weekly stock shipments to stores, including new drops and restocking; review stock levels versus online inventory; propose stock transfers; manage store inventory.
* Disassembly and Wrap-up : Lead stock disassembly and support store disassembly.
* Logistics Coordination : Manage stock shipments to logistics services from stores and propose weekly stock plans for each store.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proficiency in Excel and customs processes.
* Experience in assembly and store setup.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* Previous experience in retail management is a plus.
