As a Sales Support Specialist in Barcelona, you’ll work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to help drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support commercial success across target markets.
What you will do in this role
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to help achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Support teams with the use of back-office tools, systems, and internal sales processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor through phone-based communication.
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual sales goals and KPI expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to support commercial activities.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Your qualifications
- Proficient or bilingual level of Portuguese, advanced Spanish, and high level of English.
- Previous experience in sales support, outbound communication, or commercial environments is a plus.
- Commercial mindset with strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Good computer skills and PC knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
