Avidity Science is seeking a Biomedical Sales Manager to build and grow our presence across Spain, with future support for Italy and Portugal.
This field-based role focuses on introducing Avidity’s trusted solutions — including our well‑established animal drinking systems — to customers working in research environments where laboratory animals are cared for and studied.
This position involves regular travel across the region, typically 3–4 days per week, including overnight stays.
Salary on offer up to €70,000 dependant on experience, plus a performance related incentive structure and opportunities for career progression within an ambitious and supportive team.Meaningful Work:

As a Biomedical Sales Manager, you will:Lead the development of Avidity Science’s presence in the Spanish market from the ground up, where the current landscape is heavily skewed toward water bottle solutions.Build strong relationships with research institutions, laboratories, animal facilities, and relevant distributor partners.Promote Avidity’s range of biomedical solutions, with a particular emphasis on animal drinking systems designed for regulated research environments.Strengthen brand awareness across Spain in collaboration with our marketing team and distributor partners — a key success measure in the first 6–12 months.Maintain accurate sales pipelines through Salesforce and build detailed territory plans.Support future development of the Italian and Portuguese markets as the role evolves.
Sales Experience
: Demonstrable experience in technical, scientific, or capital equipment sales.Distributor Management
: Proven experience developing and motivating distributor networks.Experience working with animal care, laboratory animal science, or biomedical research environments is advantageous.Energised by building a market from zero, persistent in opening doors, and comfortable with early rejection stages.Fluent Spanish and English required;
