Commercial Performance:

Lead by example on the sales floor.
Ensure the team represents the brand image with professionalism and authenticity.
Coordinate stock management and inventory controls.
Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Collaborate effectively with department store teams and stakeholders.
Previous experience managing teams in premium or luxury retail environments.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
Fluent Spanish and English required.
