Key Responsibilities
Manage order processing for Beverage Key Account customers in the EMEA region
Analyze weekly sales reports
Manage consignment stock at customer locations
Ensure coordination and communication between sales, logistics, and production teams
Confirm sales orders to clients on time and in full
Analyze results and compile reports to support KPI achievement
Manage stock and collaborate with the supply chain team to support sales tracking
Participate in Key Account segment calls and provide updates to Sales Managers
Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution
Support the Credit department to avoid overdues for Key Account customers
