We are looking for Sales Account Executives with a headhunter mindset to continue expanding our network of real estate agents in our offices across Marbella, Valencia, and Barcelone.
What you will do:
* Attract and recruit real estate agents through active prospecting (outbound and inbound), networking, and referrals.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: initial contact, interviews, presenting the value proposition, negotiation, and closing.
* Execute agent onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration into the business.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with recruited agents to boost their activity and performance.
* Manage and prioritize your commercial pipeline autonomously.
* Log and update all activity in the CRM.
* Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and commercial results.
What we are looking for:
* +4 years of experience in sales, commercial talent acquisition, headhunting, or business development.
* Proven experience managing recruitment or sales cycles autonomously.
* High resilience and strong goal orientation.
* Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work with clear metrics and KPIs.
Bonus points if you have...
* Previous experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace environments.
* A track record of recruiting commercial profiles or agents.
* Deep knowledge of the real estate sector.
* Experience working with CRMs and digital tools.
