Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Madrid. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and nurturing relationships with clients. The role also includes market research, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with other departments, and providing reports and updates on sales performance.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Experience in developing and implementing strategic business and market development plans
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance software
* Results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience within the real estate industry is a strong advantage
* Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
