As a Masterdata and Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring high‑quality, consistent, and compliant master data across the EMEA region. You will drive process improvements, support regional and global initiatives, and collaborate closely with a wide network of internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Trade Compliance, and Master Data Governance.
In this position, you will shape how key operational processes are designed, documented, and executed - ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across the region.
This is a part‑time position (permanent contract) and can be based in Uithoorn (NL), Barcelona (Spain), Moncalieri (Italy), or Dortmund (Germany).

Participate in, support, and coordinate process improvement projects, including regional and global Master Data & Process initiatives.
Advise on and initiate improvements to processes, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring alignment with business needs and local regulatory requirements.
Create, review, and map process flows, narratives, procedures, and work instructions in collaboration with project teams.
Ensure all updated procedures and work instructions are published in the QH Quality Management System and deliver training to end‑users.
Set up new items in the ERP system (and coordinate with local teams using non‑QH ERPs) to ensure readiness for operational transactions.
Conduct regular master data audits and drive corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance with governance standards.
Support regional SME teams and contribute to cross‑functional projects impacting master data or process design.
Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related environment, with strong ERP experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; Proficiency in English (spoken and written). What’s in it for you?
