Description
As a CrossLab Connect (CLC) Implementation Project Manager (IPM) for CrossLab Connect you play a critical role in ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Agilent’s CrossLab Connect product, enabling customers to efficiently manage, maintain, and utilize their fleet of Agilent instruments. The IPM will be the main point of contact during installation, coordinate various project teams, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The new position will be part of the Enterprise Services Customer Success Team (ESCS) reporting to the EMEA Lab-Informatics Service Delivery manager.
We are looking for a candidate having the combined skills of both Project Management, Instrument connectivity, IT Network implementations, Data management, Reporting and Automation. You will be home based, managing most of the customer activities remotely.
This role involves collaborating across divisions and functions to achieve best-in-class project outcomes, continuous improvements, and ensuring our customers experience "Trusted Answers" at every opportunity. The ideal candidate will be a team player, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support:
1. Collaborate with sales teams to review customer requirements and determine CrossLab Connect product compatibility with their laboratory instrumentation and IT infrastructure.
2. Assist in technical discussions and creation of Implementation Statements of Work (ISOW), during pre-sales engagements.
Manage Implementation Projects:
3. Lead project kick-off meetings with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project, from kick-off to installation.
5. Create and manage project documentation, including kick-off materials, internal project tracking tools (, Smartsheet), technical deployment plans, and customer-facing project documents.
6. Identify and engage relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts.
7. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
8. Ensure timely communication to all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
9. Schedule and lead routine project meetings and status calls
10. Manage logistics and schedules for internal and external project teams.
11. Participate in internal data validation processes.
12. Manage project handoff to downstream functions.
13. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
14. Provide feedback and insights to improve CrossLab Connect product offerings and implementation processes.
15. Maintain a positive relationship with the customer, addressing any concerns promptly.

Internal Cross-Functional Engagement
17. Coordinate across multiple teams, in multiple departments internally within Agilent. Work with those teams to schedule customer-facing tasks, internal tasks and communicate project progress.Sales : Collaborate with the Digital Services Specialist (DSS) and Account Managers to align project goals and timelines.Program Manager (CLC): Work closely with the Program Manager for CrossLab Connect.Enterprise Program Teams: Engage with Enterprise Program teams to align project goals and timelines.Customer Service Organisation (CSO) – Product Champions FSE: Coordinate with Product Champions and Field Service Engineers (FSE) for delivery tasks and technical support.Product Support: Liaise with product support teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.Technical Marketing: Collaborate with technical marketing teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and customer communication.CuS: Engage with Customer Success teams through the implementation until the end of the project and handover to them.
Qualifications
18. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration), or comparable experience.
19. Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software implementation role.
20. Strong understanding of laboratory instrumentation and IT infrastructure.
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
22. Proficiency in project management tools (, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
23. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
24. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
25. Familiarity with Agilent products and the CrossLab Connect Suite is a plus

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
