What's your mission? You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across Eurofragance's global supply chain. In this strategic role, you will focus on optimization, inventory policy, and risk mitigation to guarantee product availability, enhance customer service levels, and minimize costs and risks. Your key responsibilities will include defining and implementing stock policies and dimensioning strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering cross‐functional collaboration with subsidiaries and teams such as Procurement, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Commercial. Leveraging data‐driven insights, you will support Eurofragance's growth and resilience across all regions, ensuring a robust and efficient supply chain that meets the demands of a dynamic global market.
Here's what you'll be rocking every day
Planning & Capacity Management
Develop and maintain mid‐and long‐term supply plans (including MPS and RCCP), ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, production capacity and business objectives.
Optimize global supply flows across all regions, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
S&OP / Supply Review
Participate in S&OP and Supply review meetings, ensuring accurate demand–supply alignment and timely decision‐making.
Analytics & Performance Management
Serve as the main analytical expert for the Supply Planning team, providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Assemble data, analyze performance, identify issues and develop recommendations in collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
Develop and track KPIs to measure supply chain efficiency, reliability and service levels.
Perform complex analyses of information, data or problems with limited supervision.
Cross‐functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Procurement, Purchasing, Operations and Demand to ensure service level targets, material availability and production feasibility.
Continuous Improvement & Digitalization
Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives, leveraging automation, advanced analytics, reporting and advanced planning tools, to enhance efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement.
Participate in or lead supply chain and purchasing‐related projects.
Inventory Management
Develop annual inventory plans to support service objectives while optimizing working capital and cost efficiency.
What You Need To Shine In This Role
Graduate in Engineering, Business, Administration or similar, Master in Supply Chain.
5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, MPS, or related roles, ideally in FMCG or fragrance industry.
Strong knowledge of S&OP, IBP, and advanced planning tools (SAP IBP).
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Specialist within manufacturing environments across multiple regions.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred.
Fluent in English at a professional level; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
