About the RoleMulti-Wing is looking for a Production Planner to support and drive efficient production execution at our plant in La Roca.This role is essential in ensuring that customer demand is translated into realistic and achievable production plans, balancing capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements.You will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics to maintain a stable production flow, support operational performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & SchedulingDevelop and maintain short- and mid-term production plans aligned with customer demandConvert customer orders into production orders in the ERP systemSequence and prioritize production to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilizationMonitor production progress and adjust plans based on changes in demand, capacity, or material availability
Order & Material CoordinationEnsure material availability by coordinating with procurement and inventory teamsMonitor stock levels and component constraints, highlighting risks proactivelySupport capacity planning and identify bottlenecks in production or supply
ERP & Master Data ManagementMaintain accurate master data in ERP (BoMs, routings, lead times, planning parameters)Ensure consistency between planning data and actual production executionSupport continuous improvement of planning processes and system usage
Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a key link between Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply ChainAlign delivery commitments with operational capabilitiesParticipate in regular planning and production meetings, providing clear updates and visibility
Performance & Continuous ImprovementTrack and support KPIs related to delivery performance, adherence to plan, and inventory levelsIdentify inefficiencies in planning and propose improvementsContribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within operations
Your Profile:
Experience & Background2–5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operationsEngineering degree will be an added valueExperience in an industrial or mechanical manufacturing environmentHands-on experience working with ERP systems (e.g. D365, Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of:Production planning & schedulingBoMs and routingsInventory and material flowStructured, analytical, and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environmentStrong communication and coordination skills across functionsProactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on execution
Language & SystemsFluent in Spanish and communicative English (written and spoken)Good proficiency in Excel and ERP systemsKnowledge of planning tools (MRP, capacity planning) is an advantage
