Role overview and ongoing responsibilities are described below to engage candidates and support performance management.


Role Responsibilities

* Ambition - Serve as a bridge between cutting-edge IoT solutions and the Latin American market, while working from Bilbao. This role supports Wireless Logic's expansion by connecting businesses with the future.
* Team Structure – Reports to the Sales Director, Spain
* Dial & Deliver – Hit sales targets by engaging potential and current Latin American clients via phone, turning leads into deals.
* Product Pro – Master our IoT solutions and explain them clearly, answering questions like a tech expert.
* Listen & Learn – Identify client needs and close sales with tailored solutions.
* Lead Launcher – Identify potential major opportunities and pass them to field sales.
* Data Dynamo – Keep CRM updated with accurate customer information and sales activity.
* Order Ace – Process orders promptly and accurately to ensure client satisfaction.
* Problem Solver – Handle customer issues professionally to maintain reputation.


Key Experience & Skills

* 1-2 years of proven telesales or inside sales experience, ideally with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Fluent English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication for clear conversations.
* Ability to quickly grasp and explain technical products / services (IoT knowledge is a bonus).
* Proficiency with CRM software and phone systems.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections and resolve complaints.
* Resilience under pressure and ability to recover from rejection.
* Experience with or knowledge of the Latin American market and business culture is a plus.
* Bonus: Knowledge of Portuguese.
