A multinational billion dollar technology company is looking for a HVAC Specialist in Spain.
This will be a freelance (autonomo) 1 year contract with view to extend and working full time hours - Monday to Friday.
The idóneo candidate is someone who has commercial awareness as part of the role you will be speaking to landlords and negotiating for leasing partnerships.
- Conduct detailed HVAC system assessments for co-investment opportunities across portfolio
- Perform comprehensive energy efficiency analysis for proposed system modifications
- Assess electrification feasibility and integration requirements for various building types
- Review technical specifications for heat pump installations, HVAC upgrades, and system replacements
- Provide expert guidance on European sustainability regulations impacting industrial and logistics real estate
- Participate in landlord negotiations providing specialized technical expertise and regulatory validation
- Design HVAC optimization strategies and implementation roadmaps for landlord partnerships
