The RoleAs a Charter Broker, you will:
Develop and manage new business opportunities in the Spanish market;
Take full responsibility for your flight portfolio from inquiry to completion;
Work autonomously while having the support of our dedicated operations team;
Leverage our proprietary technology and extensive operator network to deliver exceptional client experiences;
Collaborate with the Jetfly fractional sales team to provide comprehensive aviation solutions;
Contribute to the growth and development of our market presence.
Your Profile
Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years' experience in private jet charter brokerage;
Currently generating over €300,000 in net margin annually;
Strong Fluency in Spanish and English;
Existing client network and industry relationships;
Excellent understanding of the Spanish and European private aviation market;
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high service standards;
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen;
Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
