We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to join a growing AI-focused team within the aviation industry. The role involves working at the intersection of
business needs, data science, and AI product development
, ensuring that solutions are impactful, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product leads, data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders) to
define product vision, roadmap, and backlog
.Lead the
discovery, design, and validation
of AI-powered solutions that address real operational and customer challenges.Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and user research
to identify opportunities and pain points.Translate business needs into
requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
, ensuring clarity and alignment.Oversee the full
product lifecycle
– from ideation to launch, monitoring adoption, performance, and business value.Provide
feedback loops
between business and technical teams to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.Champion
best practices and ethical principles
in AI product development.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.5+ years of experience
in product management within AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions.Proven track record of delivering
AI products
that generate tangible business value.3–7 years of experience in the aviation or travel industry
, preferably in operations (on-time performance, maintenance, network planning).Strong knowledge of
AI/ML concepts, methods, and tools
.Experience building
re-usable, scalable AI products
across multiple business units.Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.Fluent in English.
