Overview Customer Support Specialist, EMEA (French + English + Spanish), Remote-Spain at Metricool
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support users, provide solutions, and help them understand how Metricool tools work across EMEA regions in a remote setup.
Your mission is to support users along their journey, providing resources and guidance to ensure a positive experience with our tools and social media management workflows.
Responsibilities Provide a unique experience to our users by delivering excellence in live chat
Accompany clients and resolve doubts and questions related to our platform
Introduce users to the platform benefits for their day-to-day needs
Present available plans and identify which one suits the user scenario
Collect customer feedback for service improvements and proactively suggest platform changes
Provide internal support, managing incident reports and requests from other departments
Collaborate with colleagues to create and update support resources for enterprise tools
Team collaboration Build strong internal relationships to align customer inquiries
Work closely with the team to understand objectives and unblock situations
Collaborate with other areas to brainstorm and develop materials
First days and growth First month: understand impact, learn about the team, industry, and processes, and meet contributors
First quarter: work autonomously, share ideas, and increase impact
Long-term: become an active team member and align objectives with company goals
Job requirements Based in Spain
Experience in Customer Support or a similar role
Education: Degree in Digital Marketing or related digital marketing education
Languages: Fluent/Advanced in Spanish, English and French
Nice to have hard skills: Digital marketing knowledge;
