Job responsibilities: 1. Support channel strategy execution and assist in achieving business development and sales targets in Iberia markets 2. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers, including distributors and dealers 3. Support new product introduction to partners, from coordinating the communication to product launch, in line with their assortment selection process. 4. Collect market information and assist in analyzing competitors and industry trends. 5. Responsible for onboarding and maintaining new dealers across the region.
Qualifications: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities 3. Ability to work independently and in a team setting 4. Self-motivated, organized, and resilient, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational capability 5. Fluent in Spanish (English will be a plus) 6. Travel across Spain and the EU
