Fullstack Engineer (Java & Angular) at Sopra Steria
Our client is a leader in the insurance industry. You will be part of a mixed client-supplier agile team (designers, developers, testers) aiming to deploy the commercial strategic platform in 28 countries. The team will be based in Barcelona. As a developer, you will analyze and implement technical and functional requirements, and work on improving the current software solution.

Responsibilities
- Apply new and innovative technologies for software improvement.
- Implement technical and functional requirements based on the functional design.
- Define technical specifications.
- Participate in the design of the IT environment, providing expertise in Java / J2EE development.
- Support design and testing phases within the teams.
- Analyze and correct defects.
- Create documentation based on software development guidelines.
Qualifications
- University degree in Informatics (TU, FH) or equivalent qualification
- Very good English skills
- Experience with Java, Angular or similar client-side frameworks
- Strong understanding of Java and common frameworks like Spring
- Several years of professional software development experience
- Team player willing to learn and share knowledge
