The Inside Sales Account Representative at Trellix will be a high energy, results-driven self-starter with a consultative sales nature, ready to accelerate their career in the high-growth security software sector.

You will manage a geographically designated book of commercial business and will own the full sales cycle—from initial cold outreach to closing the deal—collaborationg with a multi-disciplined teams including our Sales Engineers and Channel partners, to define technical solutions, win new business and support retention and expansion.

About the Role

1. New Business Acquisition: Execute high-volume outbound strategies to identify and land new logos.

2. Channel Collaboration: Work closely with channel partners and distributors to co-sell, register deals, and drive incremental revenue.

3. Retention and Expansion; Protect to grow. You will proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business

4. Hunter Mentality: You are energized by the "thrill of the hunt" and have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

5. Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire process, from initial discovery and technical validation with (Salaes Engineers) to final contract negotiation for new business and to support retention and expansion.

6. Territory Strategy: Develop and implement plans to penetrate key accounts and expand the Trellix footprint.

7. Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to quoting and forecasting to consistently overachieve quarterly targets.

8. Market Expertise: Stay current on product suites and competitive risks to position Trellix as the premier security solution.

About you

9. Languages; Fluent English and another language such as Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian or Russian required.

10. Experience: 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience is a significant plus.

11. Performance: A documented history of meeting or exceeding quotas in an acquisition-focused environment.

12. Drive: Self-motivated and persistent; you are energized by creating new business opportunities.

13. Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical stacks into clear business value.

14. Operational Discipline: Strong time management and the ability to navigate internal processes to shorten sales cycles.
