What We Ask
* 6 years of proven experience in marketing, communication or business-related fields; B2B or food service experience is a plus
* Good understanding of Bakery channel (preferably within FMCG environment); if not, related industry experience with big passion for food
* Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field
* Business acumen & budget management experience
* Customer focus: curious about operators and promotes outside-in thinking
* Strong execution of plans and activities
* Performance & data-driven mindset

Vacancy Description
We are looking for our Bakery channel manager to develop the following:
* Develop and execute local Bakery channel based on food professional insights, competitor landscape, customer growth drivers and business objectives
* Own the local Bakery strategy and drive 12Q plans based on channel and operator insights
* Work closely with the sales team to deliver impactful campaigns including relevant trade promotions and fairs
* Manage product portfolio activities for hero assortment, innovation and renovation projects; lead local innovation projects from ideation & business case creation to launch
* Create value for operators with Debic brand by delivering effective communication based on operator insights, guest trends and top dishes
* Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and ensure maximum impact where applicable
* Manage local A&P budget spend and forecast
