JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager to deliver reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.

This candidate should be familiar with Retail sales organization, initiatives and data, to be able to both report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision making.

To do so, the P&P Senior Analyst will work hand in hand with different stakeholders (both within the P&P team as well as outside) to ensure general delivery.

Main responsibilities

* Act as asparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management

* Establish and own accurate and robustreporting processes to track performance from a Retail perspective and throughout the different management levels

* Leadspecific projects or initiatives that impact directly the Retail sales teams, by supporting or taking ownership of the full project life cycle from conceptual work to implementation and tracking

* Lead or participate in the creation ofcompelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions and facilitate decision-making process; make recommendations in the appropriate forums

* Work together with regional Retail sales teams to analyze andunderstand performance related to the different initiatives, and participate in the development relatedaction plans moving forward

* Conductdetailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and/or feedback from regional teams

* Assist or developanalytical models to assist the strategic and tactical decision-making processes related to Retail incentives, sizing, organization, etc.

* Establish trust and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the business and gain the support of key players

* Leveragetechnology (Tableau, Salesforce) to driveautomation and consistency when it comes to data related to specific initiatives he is managing

Candidate profile

* Excellentanalytical and numerical skills ; able to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources clearly and succinctly; strong attention to detail

* Strongpresentation and communication skills (verbal and written); able to interpret, summarize and present data and progress clearly and succinctly; able to influence business partner’s decisions

* Methodical and organized mindset

* Results-oriented, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality andproactive attitude, able to take initiative to propose and lead individual pieces of work or solve problems with minimal supervision

* Strong drive, capacity to push and make things happen while engaging with relevant key stakeholders

* Team spirit and attitude, comfortable working in multiple initiatives simultaneously

* Ability to buildstrong working relationships, create networks and influence; proactive in engaging with the business

* AdvancedExcel and Powerpoint skills

* Fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken

* SQL skills are highly valued (not required)

* Experience with data analysis and modelling software (Tableau) is valued (not required)

* Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued (not required)
