WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Proven expertise (4-6+ years) as a Business Analyst in transformation or change initiatives,
preferably within international environments.
* Strong background in Business Administration, Management, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes.
* Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
* Solid understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Strong interest in AI technologies
and ability to stay updated on emerging tech trends.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Fluency in English (mandatory for international collaboration); Spanish or other languages are a plus.
* Autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive innovation mindset.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Engage with global stakeholders to uncover business needs, document requirements, and identify process inefficiencies.
* Design and document process improvements, system enhancements, and AI-driven solutions for transformation projects.
* Facilitate seamless communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors across time zones.
* Support change management activities to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and AI tools.
* Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking; lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation.
* Define KPIs, monitor project outcomes, and prepare data-driven reports for leadership.
* Research industry best practices and emerging AI technologies to propose innovative solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business workflows and system performance.
