PbAbout our Company /b /ppRecover™ is a leading materials science company and global producer of low-impact, high-quality recycled cotton fiber and cotton fiber blends. /ppbr/ppbOur purpose /b /ppWe enable large-scale sustainable change in fashion through business value inspiration. /ppbr/ppbYour role purpose /b /ppAssist in ensuring products and processes meet quality requirements through inspections, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement across laboratories and production stages. /ppbr/ppbYour responsabilities /b /pulliProvide guidance to staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and management policies in establishing, updating, and adhering to quality policies, processes, procedures and best practices. /liliEnsure a strong intercorrelation and alignment between all laboratories across different hubs to maintain consistent quality practices and standards throughout the organization. /liliAssist in ensuring that products meet quality requirements and specifications through inspections and testing activities. /liliOversee internal audit processes, document control systems, competency assessment, training, and other quality processes. /liliParticipate in the inspection of incoming materials, in-line production, and final product to verify compliance with quality standards. /liliSupport color validation processes to ensure accurate color representation and consistency. /liliCollaborate with the I+D, Tech Support and other stakeholders to provide analysis support for quality-related issues /liliEnsure availability and proper operation of all test equipment. /liliResponsible for acid and chemical management for chemical testing. /liliMaintain the calibration schedule of laboratory equipment. /liliCoordinate and supervise outsourced testing results. /li /ulpbr/ppbWork Experience Requirements /b /pulli3 to 5 years of experience in following fields: Previous experience or internships in a laboratory or quality control environment is beneficial. /liliQuality Control and Inspection: Expertise in quality control methodologies, inspection procedures, and data analysis to ensure product and process quality. /liliFamiliarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies. /liliRegulatory Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the laboratory's industry, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. /li /ulpbr/ppbCompetencies required /b /pulliKnowledge and background in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025).
