Quality Auditor with German and English (6 Months), Audits and Insights Team

At the Buyer Risk and Compliance Global Quality Organization, we're seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and highly analytical candidate to join the team as an Auditor. This individual will be responsible for auditing program-level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends. The role involves driving projects and initiatives, collating quality data, and proactively providing quality updates to the leadership team.
This is a fixed-term contract of 6 months.
Key job responsibilities
1. Research and evaluate the facts surrounding transactions, identify process deviations related to program-level defects through audits.
2. Utilize sampling methodologies to ensure appropriate investigation audit coverage.
3. Communicate with external customers and financial institutions via phone and/or email during audits (as per SOP).
4. Identify new MO/Fraud patterns, analyze process adherence and risks, and communicate trends and actionable solutions to QA leadership and operational stakeholders.
5. Provide training needs analysis to management and training teams to address knowledge gaps.
6. Engage with global stakeholders and peers, drive calibration efforts across sites.
7. Contribute to SOP/Process/Tool improvements through projects and Kaizen initiatives.
8. Drive automation projects to reduce manual QA efforts and improve yields.
9. Develop strategic policies to invent and simplify processes further.
10. Produce regular analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, perform data mining, and identify new metrics for quality improvements.
11. Proactively identify process gaps or defects, lead efforts to resolve issues, and coordinate with responsible departments.
12. Ensure continuous self-development through regular engagement with Learning & Development teams.
About the team
The Audit and Insight team audits seller registration, verification, and compliance checks across marketplaces. We generate insights and recommend process improvements to enhance seller experience, operational efficiency, and excellence.

Minimum requirements
* Experience with Excel.
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
* Fluent in German (speaking, reading, writing).
* Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
* Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
* Experience in data-driven business operations processes.
