We are seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market, specializing in customer service and sales activities. This role is based in the dynamic city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading direct insurance companies in the industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via voice and email.
* Managing claims, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Delivering high-quality assistance while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success. You’ll also benefit from a Portuguese employment contract, which includes holiday and Christmas bonuses, private health insurance, and meal allowances.
Relocation support is provided and includes fully furnished accommodations, utility coverage, and on-the-ground assistance to ensure a seamless transition to Lisbon.
