**Advanced Quality Engineer (M/F/d)**:

Ensure highest quality standards of new product launches.
**TASKS**:
- Empower cross-functional implementation of the Advanced Quality Strategy in product development stage on system level.
- Ensure product robustness for manufacturability by balancing quality with cost and delivery.
- Continuous improvement of the product development process and adjacent processes.
- Coaching and mentoring of Advanced Quality relevant methods and tools.
- Quality is our mission: Your activities will be visible on top-management level.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in the field of Mechanical-/ Electrical Engineering
- Profound project management experience: You have been delivering multi-national projects successfully for several years.
- Ability to work on all organizational levels in a constantly changing environment: You are a structured and highly organized team-player.
- Good communication skills.
- Spanish and English spoken and written fluently is mandatory.
- Creative, humorous, and convincing manners: You like working with people.
- Availability to travel between 10% and 20% annualy. Shorts trips, no more than 5 days in a row.
