What are we looking for?


Insud Pharma AI Labs is looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to lead both internal and external communications for our AI Lab. The objectives of the communication function at Insud Pharma AI Labs include:

* Positioning as leaders in the development of AI applied to the pharmaceutical sector
* Strengthening the Insud Pharma brand as an innovative pharmaceutical group and its commitment to AI
* Attracting and retaining talent
* Communication and dissemination of internally developed projects, products, and innovations



The challenge!


The main responsibilities of this role include:

* Gather, process, and communicate what we do in AI Labs to the rest of Insud Pharma and external audiences.
* Participate in the definition and execution of communication initiatives that promote information and knowledge sharing within the company and enable understanding of what we do, who we are, and how we work - both internally and externally.
* Measure, engage, and manage the community of people generated around the company through social media, website, email campaigns, or events.



Specific Responsibilities


Content Creation for Positioning and Outreach:

* Create outreach articles (applied AI) for external communication based on departmental work (approximately one per month).
* Collect statements from colleagues and edit texts for publication on official company channels.
* Write content, gather and validate key messages for handling media inquiries.
* Connect with peer companies to organize knowledge exchange sessions.
* Monitor and analyze positioning relative to competitors.
* Maintain the external website/blog.


Employer Branding Plan:

* Develop social media campaigns (mainly LinkedIn), including brief creation, copywriting, visual content creation (images, videos), and scheduling of posts (ideally 2-3 per week).
* Search for external events and award opportunities to enhance positioning. Contact event organizers.
* Select internal spokespersons who are experts in technology and AI.
* Support colleagues in participating and presenting at external conferences and events.
* Encourage employee publication on LinkedIn by providing advice and guidance on post creation. Possibility to manage accounts of C-level members.
* Select and measure impact KPIs (Google Analytics, social listening/monitoring).
* Manage the contact inbox.


Communication for Transformation (Internal Team):

* Support managers and C-level executives in preparing scripts for team sessions, including creating presentations and validating key messages. This includes sessions like "Insud Talks," change management, and important announcements.
* Organize internal events:
define purpose, write scripts, coordinate participants, and manage vendors (merchandising, audiovisuals, venue, catering) when necessary.
* Working with the internal Communications team to craft content that reflects and promotes the company or department culture internally.




What do you need?


* Degree in Communications, Journalism, or Advertising/Public Relations (Master’s degree is a plus).
* Certified training in a STEM field with a strong interest in science communication.
* 2+ years of professional experience in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
* Proven skills in storytelling, writing, and editing articles and copy.
* Experience creating blog posts and using WordPress.
* Basic knowledge of image, video, and graphic editing with Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Proficient in presentation design and Excel.
* Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible information.
* Comfortable working in environments that require active listening, collaboration, and initiative.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Intellectually curious.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
* Passion for storytelling and a keen interest in technology.
* Ability to apply creative thinking to any task.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Proactive and well-organized.
