- Strong expertise in FRONT - ANGULAR
- Solid background working with agile software development teams
- Proven ability to help teams effectively apply UX methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work proactively in complex environments

What You’ll Do

- Plan, conduct, and refine user research activities aligned with product goals.
- Create and execute research plans using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys…).
- Conduct research both remotely and on‑site.
- Analyze research data and convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Create UX artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate daily with developers, product owners, scrum masters, and stakeholders.
- Present research findings and design concepts in a structured and compelling way.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of released features and gather continuous feedback.
- Actively support product teams in adopting UX frameworks and user‑centered thinking.
