We’re seeking a forward-thinking, versatile leader with a deep enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence to spearhead innovation and business transformation within a dynamic digital solutions company operating in the technology and online business sector (end client!). In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying and leveraging AI opportunities to modernize processes, enhance current offerings, and unlock new value streams. You will oversee and inspire a dedicated technical team, ensuring their efforts translate into measurable results. Working hand-in-hand with them, you’ll coordinate the design, delivery, and scaling of AI-driven optimization initiatives across present and future workflows—deploying the most effective automation strategies.
Responsibilities
* Spot and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI-powered innovation and automation across multiple business functions.
* Bridge business needs and AI capabilities, crafting actionable use cases, defining roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact and feasibility.
* Lead AI initiatives end-to-end, from concept development to oversight of implementation, collaborating with technical, product, and business teams.
* Champion organizational change, supporting teams in adopting new AI solutions and processes, ensuring seamless transitions and ROI.
* Align efforts across the company, engaging with leaders, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives support strategic objectives.
* Foster rapid execution, delivering iterative prototypes, proofs of concept, and updates to demonstrate value and gather feedback quickly.
* Stay ahead of the curve, monitoring emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, and assessing their potential business applications.
* Lead and mentor an automation-focused team, coordinating efforts with development groups to deliver impactful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
* Background in Product Management, Growth, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Consulting, Operations, Automation, or similar—where you’ve driven significant products, projects, or transformations.
* Technical Team Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to manage, align, and motivate technical teams while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
* AI Enthusiasm & Expertise:
Strong grasp of modern AI trends, models (LLMs, generative AI, etc.), and how to apply them to deliver tangible business value.
* Builder’s Mindset:
Not just strategic—you take action and deliver results.
* Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
Ability to see the big picture, identify leverage points, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
* Leadership & Collaboration:
Skilled at guiding multi-disciplinary initiatives and fostering alignment among diverse stakeholders.
* Clear Communicator:
Able to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Technical Literacy:
While coding isn’t required, you understand AI fundamentals and can engage confidently with engineers.
* Adaptable & Proactive:
Self-starter with curiosity and resilience, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Bonus Points:
Experience leading change in large or established organizations;
practical AI application in workflow automation, personalization, or marketing optimization;
familiarity with Agile methodologies;
hands-on experience with tools and platforms across data/BI, productivity & PM, automation, AI ecosystems, and marketing/analytics.
