The Adecco Foundation collaborates with an important company in the biomedical sector on its inclusion plan for people with disabilities We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service oriented Receptionist to join our European headquarters. This person will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners, ensuring an excellent experience and smooth daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Management - Welcome, register and assist all visitors, ensuring compliance with office access procedures. - Manage the main switchboard: answer and redirect calls and general enquiries. - Oversee the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. Office & Administrative Support - Handle daily mail, shipments and courier services. - Coordinate office deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing packages. - Prepare merchandising welcome packs for new hires and support onboarding logistics. - Coordinate catering services for newcomers, internal meetings and corporate events. - Support HR with administrative tasks (documentation, scheduling, record keeping, etc.). - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of office?wide activities. - Manage meeting room bookings when required. - Perform other receptionist or administrative duties as assigned.
Se requiere
Proven experience in Reception, Office Administration, or similar roles, ideally in an international or corporate environment. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management. Proactive attitude, problem solving skills, and customer service mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office and general office tools.
