We are looking for a Management role overseeing local Supply Chain Operations in Spain and Portugal, aligned with global strategy, internal processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing all local logistics activities (warehouse, transportation, planning, replenishment)
* Improving local logistics operations
* Managing relationships with 3PL providers
* Leading S4H implementation and stabilization projects
* Driving supply chain projects to enhance capabilities and reduce costs
* Reviewing inventories and stock levels
* Managing local supply chain KPIs and budgets
* Leading S&OP processes
* Participating in demand and budget planning
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards
* Fostering teamwork within the logistics team
* Ensuring occupational health and safety regulations
* Representing the company with local authorities
* Coordinating with global supply chain functions
Training and Education:
Relevant qualifications include vocational training, university degree, PhD, MBA, or further specialization.
Experience:
* At least 5 years in managing supply chains in Spain and Portugal, preferably with knowledge of Portuguese processes, in an international company, with experience in S4H projects.
Personal competencies:
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or similar (asset)
* Minimum 5 years in Medical Device/Pharma Logistics
* Excellent communication and intercultural skills
* High social competence, self-confidence, and energy
* Self-organized, accountable, and analytical
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
* Knowledge of SAP APO is advantageous
* Proactive, results-oriented, and quality-focused
* Ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders
* Adaptable, positive, and open to challenges
Technical Skills:
* Practical knowledge of Iberian supply chain operations; EU transport knowledge is a plus
* Strong MS Office skills; experience with TMS, WMS, and other software is advantageous
Languages:
* Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages like Portuguese are welcome

* Occasional travel willingness
