We are looking for an IT System Engineer specialized in Warehouse Management System Operations, who will ensure the system’s maintenance and performance.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Doing the daily maintenance and support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including troubleshooting, guiding users to report issues accurately, and continuously optimizing system functionality.
* Monitoring system performance, promptly identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and stability.
* Providing second- and third-level technical support and responding quickly to critical issues related to the WMS.
* Conducting root cause analysis, preparing incident reports, and proposing solutions to mitigate system failures and reduce downtime.
* Assisting in integrating and interfacing the WMS with other business systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, OMS).
* Optimizing system log analysis and monitoring methods; improving operational processes and standardizing documentation.
* Working closely with business teams, development teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation and operations.
* Organizing internal team and customer training sessions to enhance relevant skills.
Your profile and qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* High level of English, minimum B2. Native Chinese is preferred.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation, support or configuration. Must be familiar with SAP EWM as an extension of WM.
* Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
