We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Investment & Sales Manager with a strong understanding of deal structuring, fundraising, and outbound sales.Responsibilities- Proactively source and onboard clients- Assess developers and their projects to determine if they are a fit for fundraising- Quickly analyze real estate projects (~20 minutes) for capital-raising suitability- Manage clients end-to-end: onboarding, contracts, fundraising, and success fee collection- Maintain a clean, well-structured CRMRequirements- Strong understanding of investment concepts (equity, debt, LTV, IRR, ROI)- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language- Comfortable with CRM systems and modern digital tools (including GPT/AI)- Strong social skills and relationship-driven mindset- Fast learner, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment- Fluency in English + Spanish or Portuguese is required.What We Offer- Competitive base salary + commission- Remote work with flexibility- Collaboration within an international, cross-border team- Direct exposure to high-quality developers and sophisticated investors
