At the heart of the Schneider Electric Regional Execution Platform (REP) in Bratislava, the Remote Site Project Technical Expert will collect and prepare technical documents, ensure consistency across sites, and prepare full packages for installation & commissioning site activities.
Place of work: Bratislava, Slovakia or your EU home country.
Able to travel internationally for 30% of working time.

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
At tendering stage, prepare detailed planning of site activities, org chart, required staff and tools.
Co‑ordinate with Tender Technical Leader to propose technical solutions and optimize site activity offers.
During installation phase, advise on cost, duration, civil engineering requirements, cable assembly etc.
During commissioning test phase, define testing process (FAT / i-FAT / SAT).
Analyze or prepare method statements for installation and quality control of internal & external supplies.
Participate in technical reviews and assess site risks, proposing optimized solutions.
Ensure all tools/files are ready, defining usage and tracking progress.
Manage site tools and test equipment, identifying potential shortages.
Follow-up on non‑quality issues and coordinate with suppliers and quality department.
Coordinate site activities with project manager & Technical Leader, including kick‑off meetings, punch‑list tracking, and supplier communication.
Provide remote technical assistance to internal and external SR teams and project team members.
Consult applicable standards regarding assembly and testing activities.
Communicate needs for product, solution, service development.
Gather and transfer Red‑mark diagrams to FO or supplier.
Prepare and participate in REX / Lessons Learned files.
Benchmark customer experience and build improvement plans.
Provide remote technical assistance during missions.
Is This You?
Education: Electrical technician with minimum bachelor degree.
Language: English C1 level with good communication skills; other language a plus.
Experience: 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in on‑site electromechanical testing.
Skill requirements
Good literacy in MS Office (MS Project), Primavera (basic knowledge a plus), Acrobat, AutoCAD, Outlook, testing device software (Omicron or equivalent), protection relay setting software.
Knowledge of medium/high voltage equipment, power stations, distribution protection systems, SCADA & control systems.
Knowledge of data center application, electrical networks.
Understanding of commissioning test principles.
Willingness to relocate to Slovakia is a plus.
