What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with experience in the Defense and Space sectors.
Primary Responsibilities
* Analyze and break down requirements for Space and Electronic Warfare systems; prepare system and subsystem specifications.
* Design Space and EW systems (defining subsystems, designing interfaces, creating specific Space and EW processes, radio propagation, and signal processing).
* Develop C++ applications on Linux.
* Structure work breakdown : cost engineering, technical risk management, and management of technical dependencies.
* Evaluate suppliers from a technical perspective.
* Support the preparation of proposals and testing procedures as assistance to other engineering teams.
* Be available for international travel for periods of several weeks.
* Apply work methodologies and planning strategies.
What We Are Looking For in You
* Education : Degree in Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
* Experience : At least 5 years of experience working in software development.
* Languages : English at a B2 level or higher.
* Knowledge and Tools :
* Experience in developing C++ applications on Linux.
* Knowledge of TCP / IP communications.
* Familiarity with CMAKE.
* Experience with field buses such as RS485, CAN, SPI.
* Proficiency in version control with GIT.
* Practical understanding of product design and its processes.
* Key Skills :
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* A professional with the capacity to tackle new challenges and a results-oriented approach.
* Experience in leading and managing teams is a plus.
