Our mission is to deliver smart, technology-driven, and design-forward accommodations that meet the needs of today’s traveler while upholding the highest standards of service. /p pb Your role /b /pp We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented b Corporate Executive Chef /b to act as the global culinary lead and a key strategic partner to the FB b Head of Operations /b, playing a critical role in shaping and elevating culinary and kitchen-related operations across international markets. /p p The Corporate FB Chef will act as the culinary leader, playing a pivotal role in shaping FB’s culinary direction across all brands and international projects. /p p Although based at HQ (without an active kitchen operation), this position will have a wide-reaching impact, defining how food is conceived, developed, and executed throughout the organization. /p p This person will serve as the right hand to the Global FB Director, bridging creativity and operational excellence. From concept creation to quality systems and cost efficiency, the Corporate Chef will ensure that all culinary initiatives align with FB’s brand vision, operational strategy, and growth trajectory. /p pb Your Journey /b /pulli Global Culinary Leadership: Define and lead FB’s global culinary framework, setting clear culinary principles, quality standards, and creative direction across all concepts and markets. /lili Culinary Development Innovation: Drive the creation of new menus, concepts, and culinary experiences that reflect the group’s brand philosophy while adapting to regional realities and investment levels. /lili Operational Integration Process Design: Partner with all the executive chefs or chefs in charge, to ensure kitchens and culinary programs are efficient, standardized, and scalable, from hotel kitchens to standalone restaurants. /lili Quality, Product Process Control: Establish product and process standards, implement quality audits, and oversee the consistency of culinary delivery across all operations. /lili Cost Efficiency Financial Stewardship: Develop and implement a comprehensive approach to cost efficiency, including food cost management, recipe standardization, and yield optimization. /lili Oversee kitchen CAPEX planning and ensure investment decisions align with operational needs and long-term sustainability. /lili Drive preventive kitchen maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce operational downtime. /lili Contribute to operational efficiency by optimizing kitchen manning structures and staffing levels based on accurate business forecasting and demand analysis. /lili Project Support Openings: Contribute to the design and execution of new openings, including kitchen layouts, equipment planning, and team training. Provide on-site and remote support during launch phases. /lili Culinary Content Brand Alignment: Collaborate to develop culinary narratives, recipes, and visual materials that reinforce FB’s identity and storytelling. /lili Training Mentorship: Act as a mentor for regional and local culinary teams, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence. /lili Sustainability Innovation: Promote responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and sustainable kitchen practices in alignment with the company’s global goals. /li /ul pb What do you bring to your trip /b /pulli Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or Executive Chef within multi-unit hotel, restaurant, or hospitality groups. /lili Solid background in both creative menu development and operational management across different scales and regions. /lili Demonstrated success in cost management, kitchen CAPEX oversight, and preventive maintenance planning. /lili Track record of leading new concept development and implementing culinary standards that enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability. /lili Deep understanding of global culinary trends, menu engineering, and operational efficiency. /lili Strong grasp of kitchen design, workflow optimization, and product sourcing. /lili Expertise in food cost control, budgeting, and operational forecasting. /lili Demonstrated ability to translate creative vision into structured, escalable processes. /lili Analytical and data-driven mindset with solid cost-control experience. /lili Passion for innovation, with a balance of creativity and operational pragmatism. /lili Fluent in English and Spanish (required); additional languages are an asset. /lili Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of aligning diverse teams across geographies and disciplines. /lili Strategic thinker with a hands-on, operational approach. /lili Agile, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. /lili Collaborative and inspiring leadership style; able to motivate from both HQ and field contexts. /lili Confident working with ambiguity and shaping new structures. /lili Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. /lili Willingness to travel frequently across regions. /lili Comfortable managing projects and collaborations across time zones. /li /ul pb Olala Perks /b /pulli Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
