**Key Responsibilities**:
- Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:_
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners who can deliver high-quality leads in various verticals, including health, telecom, energy, and home improvement, across France, Spain, Italy, the UK, and the US.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with affiliates, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regional market demands.
- Onboard new affiliates, ensuring they are fully integrated with our systems and processes.
- Relationship Management:_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to foster loyalty and continuous lead flow, tailored to the specific needs of each regional market.
- Monitor affiliate performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms, quality standards, and regional regulations.
- Lead Management:_
- Work closely with the IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of lead data via API/web services.
- Monitor the quality and volume of leads received from affiliates, providing feedback and optimization suggestions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that lead flow meets the demand and quality standards of our clients in each market.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:_
- Track and analyze affiliate performance, including lead volume, quality, and conversion rates, with specific attention to regional performance.
- Implement strategies to optimize lead generation efforts and increase ROI across different markets.
- Compliance and Risk Management:_
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and regional legal requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- minimum 1 year experience in affiliate management, preferably in lead generation or a related industry.
- Understanding of lead generation processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills in French
