As a Sushi Chef, your primary goal is to prepare and present Japanese dishes that meet the most rigorous standards of quality, freshness, and aesthetics. Consequently, you will act as a guardian of the product, ensuring that every piece of sushi reflects the prestige of the Puente Romano brand.

Dish Excellence: Prepare and present sushi and Japanese cuisine following 5-star standards of quality and freshness.

Station Management: Manage your own workstation, maintaining total order, cleanliness, and the correct conservation of all products.
\n
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of fish and other ingredients, ensuring strict adherence to manipulation, traceability, and rotation protocols.
\n
Team Synergy: Coordinate with the wider kitchen team to ensure a fluid and efficient service during high-pressure hours.

Innovation: Participate in creating gastronomic suggestions and improving our menu alongside the kitchen leadership.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP (APPCC) regulations.
