ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experiencedRevenue Manager with a strong background in hospitalityto optimise revenue performance across our properties in Europe. This role is not finance-focused but instead requires expertise inhotel revenue management, pricing strategies, and market analysis. You will play a crucial role in driving top-line growth and ensuring revenue optimization across our portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:

* This is a remote position, available only to candidates based in locations where we have an entity. We are currently considering applicants from the EU or the UK only.



* Revenue Strategy & Performance: Own thetop-line revenueperformance for a cluster of properties, setting and executing long-term pricing and distribution strategies.

* Pricing & Yield Management: Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, and market conditions to makedata-driven pricing decisionsand optimize revenue.

* Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitorcompetitor pricing, industry trends, and market dynamicsto adjust strategies proactively.

* Pre-Opening & Expansion Support: Develop and implement revenue strategies fornewly launched propertiesand contribute insights on potential growth opportunities.

* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with thedistribution, marketing, sales, and BI teamsto align strategies and maximize revenue.

* Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct A/B tests on different pricing models, analyze results, and continuously improve revenue performance.


ABOUT YOU

* Experience: Minimum3 years of hands-on experience in revenue managementwithin thehospitality/hotel industry(experience in finance-only roles will not be relevant for this position).

* Education: Degree inHospitality, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Data Analytics, or a similar field.

* Technical Skills: Strong understanding ofPMS, CRS, OTA management, rate optimisation, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies.

* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex data into clear revenue strategies and decision-making frameworks.

* Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work across departments and explain revenue concepts to different audiences.

* Language: Fluency inEnglish (C1 level)is required.

* Proactiveness & Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, andtake a hands-on approach when needed.
