Main Responsibilities
As Channel Manager, the candidate will be driving the overall management and enablement of our VARs (Value Added Resellers) and channels globally. For that they will need to:
1. Be the central point of contact for all our VARs and channels globally.
2. Coordinate all engagements with channels/resellers to grow Infovista's indirect business.
3. Develop a global partner program to onboard and manage our ecosystem of resellers & channels efficiently.
4. Create business plans with top resellers/channels to define joint objectives and initiatives to achieve mutual goals.
5. Work closely with our direct sales, Inside sales, and Partner & Alliances teams.
6. Demonstrate experience in creating a partner ecosystem to increase market reach and TAM through indirect sales.
7. Drive business in competitive situations, focusing on sales goals.
8. Collaborate with technical, product, R&D, and regional teams in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in direct sales or business development.
* Channel/Partner management experience managing multiple channels globally.
* Experience launching growth plans with partners, including joint GTM and marketing campaigns.
* Strong sales analytical skills and ability to report on channel metrics.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Knowledge of Network Testing, Planning, Optimization, and CSP market dynamics.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
* 5+ years managing partner relationships and selling complex software solutions.
* Proven track record of closing deals and meeting quotas.
* Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
