We're looking for a SALES MANAGER to join our sales team in Granada, Spain.

Our solutions provide virtually fail-safe GNSS and PNT solutions for military and commercial applications worldwide.
Our industry-leading solutions are based on ultra-accurate synchronization (sub-ns) and frequency distribution services, utilizing the advanced White Rabbit PTP synchronization technology for various applications, from financial networks to robust positioning.
Safran has extensive expertise in Time Sensitive Networking, collaborating with ESA to provide deterministic communications with zero-packet loss. We are a dynamic company focused on research and innovation, delivering reliable solutions with robust timing at their core.
What you'll be doing as a Sales Manager :
You will be responsible for the Aerospace, Defense, and Government (ADG) sales activities in the Granada region for Safran Electronics & Defense's Resilient Positioning, Navigation, and Timing, Inertial products, and Simulation portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and implement tactical plans to meet and exceed sales targets, increase market penetration, understand the competitive landscape, and support the distribution channels to maintain high-quality customer relationships.
Job Requirements
What Success Looks Like :
* Exceed annual order targets for the assigned territory
* Implement plans to increase orders aligned with company strategy
* Collaborate with Regional Director and Program Managers on program sales
* Utilize partners to optimize the sales channel, including joint account calls and support
* Understand technology trends, business impacts, and opportunities
* Analyze market dynamics to identify target markets, support market penetration plans, and develop customer relationships
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities We're Looking For :
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic
* Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and prioritize
* Proficient in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Effective in remote team collaboration
Requirements :
* Background in technical education or engineering
* 10+ years of relevant electronic product sales experience, ideally in defense
* Experience with Position, Navigation, Timing, and/or Simulation products is a plus
* Experience working with field sales channels, including direct and distributor/reps
