Hybrid model
Temporary contract – 1 year
Salary: 20,62€/hour
What will you do?
Manage and nurture key customer relationships
Act as the main point of contact for strategic discussions and escalations
Drive customer engagement and retention initiatives
Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify improvements
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Track billing processes and invoice deadlines
Support account management operations and reporting
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Experience, CRM or similar roles
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and customer-oriented approach
Experience working xpzdshu in dynamic and international environments
Portuguese and English required (Spanish is highly valued)
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields preferred
