SIXT is hiring German-speaking Roadside Assistance Agents to support our customers across Germany — remotely from anywhere in Spain.
Bring your German and/or English skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping people. As the first point of contact in breakdown situations, you’ll provide fast, reliable support by phone and email, working closely with our Rostock team.

YOUR ROLE
* Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone.
* Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.g. towing services).
* Organize replacement vehicles.
* Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program.
* Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.
YOUR SKILLS
* Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
* Strong passion for customer service, with enjoyment in providing support and solutions to clients
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
* Familiarity with MS Office tools and ease in working with digital systems
* Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
* Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a consistent focus on delivering the best possible customer experience
