From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to UK projects.
**Project Duration**: Stable
**Work mode**: Full remote.
**Location**: Madrid.
**Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.**
**Job Responsibilities / Role**:
- Liaising with the business for requirements
- Work with IT architecture, security, platforms and other deliver functions, ensuring the completion of all documentation related to the IT delivery, including all mandatory audit documentation
- Ensure testing is sufficient for the requirements
- Good communication is essential. You will also need to work with the various IT providers in areas such as Architecture and Platforms and also working with Group for developments and integrations.
**Mandatory skills**:
- Financial Services industry experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholder and communicate complex issues in a simple way
- Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organizational and time management skills, needs to be also autonomous and have leadership
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with other team members;
- Active listening;
- Able to discuss requirements in business and technical terms (technical awareness will need to be demonstrated)
- Ability to lead requirements sessions with stakeholders including senior management.
