**Details of the role and how it fits into the team**

The position reports directly to the Head of the Lending Unit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support wealth management relationship managers with regards to sales and growth of lending products.
- Analyze the potential transactions, create the most suitable financing structure for the Wealth Management client in relation to our risk policies and legal requirements. Present and discuss with the credit risk management committee (and any bank departments involved) the proposed transactions.
- Implement and formalize the approved transactions.
- Manage, monitor, and administrate lending transactions during all its lifetime (ensuring compliance, and identifying and resolving potential conflicts.)
- Support other departments of the bank and get involved in local processes in all related to Wealth Management lending activity.

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Solid understanding of business and economic principles (i.e., degree in Business or Economics), with 1 - 2 years of experience in a related lending role.
- A good knowledge and understanding of overall banking processes, especially financing products as well as contractual matters.
- Ability to understand companies’ balance sheets and P&L.;
- Good analytical and communication skills, ability to identify risks and mitigants throughout the overall credit process and ability to teamwork.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
