About the Role Troax Spain is looking for a strategic and driven Business Line Manager (BLM) to lead our Active Safety product line across Spain and Portugal. This is a key leadership role focused on expanding our footprint in the region, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving innovation through new product introductions.
You will be responsible for translating the global Active Safety strategy into actionable plans tailored to the local market. As the business grows, so will your team—comprising dedicated sales and technical support professionals under your leadership.
In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Troax—especially the Active Safety global product line, our Spanish sales unit, and colleagues throughout EMEA. Success will be measured by how well you grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and bring our strategy to life through clear, impactful execution.
What You’ll Do Lead sales growth by strengthening existing relationships and opening doors to new customers in Spain and Portugal.
Collaborate with the global Active Safety team, Troax Spain, and colleagues across EMEA to tailor and execute strategy to local needs.
Ensure smooth product launches and build a capable support team for technical solutions and troubleshooting.
Manage performance metrics such as revenue, pricing, and delivery while fostering strong customer satisfaction.
Recruit, coach, and lead a growing team with a focus on excellence and collaboration across departments.
Uphold safety, ethics, and compliance standards.
Travel frequently across Spain and Portugal, especially in the first two years; role based near Girona or Montornès del Vallès to stay close to teams and gain product insight.
Qualifications 10+ years in the field with at least 5+ years in business development and leadership.
Proven track record of growing revenue in emerging segments.
Degree in Engineering or Business.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and navigating matrix organizations.
Relevant industry experience in forklift, warehousing, intralogistics, or industrial safety, ideally with active safety technologies (sensors or cameras).
Strategic, hands-on approach with fluency in Spanish and English and excellent communication skills.
