The RBS Amazon Global Store (AGS) in Beijing is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. AGS provides international products to customers shopping on their in-country Amazon site, offer a localized search and browse experience, use local payment methods, end-to-end delivery solutions, access to local customer service support. The main duties of AGS are to maximize the revenue potential of GS ASINs by fixing drop-off in cross-listing, buyability, discoverability, and conversion defects, improve customer experience by fixing detail page catalog defects, and enhance cross border sales performance by creating deals, promotions and marketing related campaigns.
Key job responsibilities: As an SME of RBS AGS, you will work as an expert to cooperate with people from various teams of Amazon and drive implementation of programs, by which to enhance customers' experience and contribute to business profitability. You will have chance to forecast, plan, implement and control the progress of programs, and ensure successful delivery and achievement of goals.

Basic Qualifications
1+ years of program or project management experience
Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts
Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS
Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
